Mark White is a director of Security Projects, holding this role since the business started. He has been involved in the security industry for over 20 years having exposure to a variety of security related work as an individual and part of a team. This has included front line guarding and crowd management; covert investigation and intelligence gathering operation; Government related work, including the Metropolitan Police and Local Authorities; Blue chip companies; the entertainment industry and high worth individuals.
Mark prides himself on a customer driven approach to its varied client base. He ensures all clients receive the same level of attention and wherever appropriate, aims to assist customers’ growth, assisting them in the development of their current systems and identifying training where required.
Kevin Radford has been in security for over twenty five years. He started his career as a security officer and has carried out all aspects of work on his journey to becoming head of Operations at Security Projects.
Kevin has a very hands on approach to his work, is well organised and has great man-management skills. With so much responsibility he still manages to be a stickler to detail which has been an important asset to him and the companies he has worked with. His past and current work has included being responsible for several teams of security personnel covering areas all over the South of England and Wales.
His areas of work have included door supervision, special events, working with dog units, transport, personal protection, hotel security, undercover operations, mystery shoppers and static guarding.
As with the nature of security work, Kevin also has considerable experience of liaising with Police and Local Authorities, in helping reduce local crime that direct effect the local businesses and communities.
In his spare time Kevin enjoys socialising with family and friends, and follows a range of sports.
Kane White has been in the Security Industry for the past seven years. He started his career as a manned guard with Security Projects Ltd and in a comparatively short time progressed within the Company to become Operations Assistant and Controller.
Due to his hard work and enthusiasm he has acquired a vast knowledge of the industry and because of his exceptional man-management and organisational skills he now supervises all staff and rotas and assists in the day to day running of the Company.
During his time with Security Projects he has worked closely with the Local Authorities and received commendations from the Metropolitan Police and the London Fire Brigade and has proven to be a valuable member of the team
He also works with local charities and participates in an annual bike ride, on a unicycle no less, on behalf of the Rainham Royals Youth Centre.
Andy Redhead (M) served twenty years with the Metropolitan and later with Northumbria Police during which time he gained three National Police qualifications becoming one of only a handful of Officers nationally to hold the quite unique combination of the three. These are National Police qualifications in Rapid Intervention (Kidnap and Ransom and Hostage rescue), as a Bodyguard and as a Tactical Firearms Advisor. He has participated, advised and planned many operations such as Royal/Diplomatic visits, pre-planned and spontaneous firearms responses, dedicated protracted undercover surveillance operations and anti-terrorist matters.
